Not sure what the delay was but an S4 bulletin showed up on our MySpace today saying that it was posted yesterday afternoon (Tom??) with nothing but the following poster:
Could it be? I jumped on over to Caven’s site (the owner) just to be sure and sure enough the old Throckmorton Mining Company is back. OK, for some reason they dropped the “Throckmorton” part and just added “The” which I can’t understand or figure out but that’s neither here nore there. According to the site, the club is back open on the weekends located at the old Sue Ellen’s. Given the smaller size, Caven says they are somewhat returning to the old vibe before it was a mega dance club (which I liked) that is now Sue Ellen’s.
So without much of a bang, or maybe we didn’t get the press release, TMC is back. Now if it’s better than before…well, perhaps we’ll find out this weekend.
